2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using RentLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.

RentLoop may update these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms, you will be required to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the platform.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify RentLoop of any unauthorized access

RentLoop is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use RentLoop only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable rental and housing laws.

You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading tenant or property information
• Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Use RentLoop to violate any laws or regulations

RentLoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payments and Fees

RentLoop may charge subscription fees or transaction fees for use of the platform.

You agree that:

• All fees are billed as agreed during subscription
• Fees may change with notice
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• RentLoop is not responsible for rent payments, failed payments, or tenant payment disputes

If your subscription expires or payments are not made, RentLoop may suspend access to the platform.

6. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of the data you upload to RentLoop, including tenant information, lease documents, and property records.

You grant RentLoop permission to store, process, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the service.

RentLoop will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and manage tenant data on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Tenant disputes
• Lease disputes
• Property damage
• Loss of rent or income
• Payment failures
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Errors in reports or records
• Legal disputes between landlords and tenants

RentLoop provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentLoop, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Disputes between you and tenants, property owners, or third parties
• Any data you upload to the platform

9. Termination

You may stop using RentLoop at any time.

RentLoop may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• You use the platform in a way that may cause legal liability
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your access to the platform may be removed.

10. Changes to the Service

RentLoop may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability.

We may also update these Terms. When we do, you will be required to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
